Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Akovya-SRT, Inc. ("we") collects when you use this website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you submit a form (contact, pilot application) or email us, we receive what you type: name, work email, company, role, and anything you tell us about your systems and vendors.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request, for security and operations. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the request.
• Cookies. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use browser session storage only to remember which link brought you here, so we can reply with the right context. No third-party analytics are installed.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule the calls you ask for, and run a pilot if you join one.
• To understand which of our outreach efforts led you here.
• To keep the site secure and operating.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Pilot participants

If your agency joins a pilot, the handling of your ATS access and vendor records is governed by the written pilot terms you sign, not by this website policy. In brief: the Vendor Access Report is read-only; we do not store your candidate, contact, or placement data; and we keep records of vendor actions that belong to you.

Who we share it with

Service providers who host this site and our email (Netlify; Google Workspace), under their own privacy terms. Otherwise, no one, unless required by law.

Your choices

Email privacy@akovya-srt.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We honor requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act and, for EU or UK residents, the GDPR, to the extent they apply to us.

Retention

Form submissions and correspondence are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period after, then deleted.

Changes

We will post any change here with a new effective date.
